Keeping your skin dry through a dive is essential for maintaining warmth and preventing irritation. The J2 base layers excel at wicking away perspiration, creating a dry zone next to your skin for enhanced thermal insulation. The J2 wicking performance also comes into its own when the fabric gets wet. Even in the event of a suit flood, the moisture will be wicked away, and with the right combination of drysuit underwear, will travel further though the fibres of your undersuit, keeping you comfortable and dry.
The J2 base layer system extends this performance with tried and tested anti-microbial silver ions embedded within the fibres of the fabric. This ensures that you can wear the base layer for long periods of time without risk of irritation, vital for prolonged repetitive dives or expeditions.
