Our Service Standards
All services are performed in accordance with official factory regulator service manuals.
- Disassembly & Cleaning: Completely disassemble, ultrasonic cleaning, and thoroughly inspect all components for damage, corrosion, or wear.
- Parts Replacement: Replace parts as needed, with all soft parts and seats replaced every service.
- Tuning: Reassemble, test, and tune the regulator to factory specifications.
- SPG Verification: Verify the accuracy of the submersible pressure gauge across multiple pressure ranges.
- O-Ring Service: Inspect the high pressure swivel and replace all associated O-rings.
- Hose Inspection: Inspect all hoses and clean the BCD hose quick release connector.
We use only genuine factory supplied parts and oxygen compatible lubricants for all maintenance procedures.
