Suunto Tank POD

The included Suunto Tank POD is a wireless high-pressure transmitter that connects to a compatible regulator first-stage HP port and sends cylinder-pressure information to the Suunto Ocean. Once paired, the Ocean can display tank pressure, real-time gas consumption, remaining gas time, and configurable low-pressure alarms directly on your wrist.

Wireless Air Integration

Pairing the included Tank POD allows cylinder information to appear directly on the Ocean display. Set the correct cylinder size in the computer to enable accurate gas-consumption calculations, and configure tank-pressure alarms according to your dive plan.

The Suunto Ocean can support Tank PODs on up to five gas cylinders in a multigas configuration. This bundle contains one Tank POD only. Additional transmitters required for multiple cylinders are sold separately.

Single-Gas & Multigas Diving

Single Gas mode provides a straightforward setup for recreational air or Nitrox diving. Multigas mode expands the system for appropriately trained divers using multiple breathing gases and supports up to five enabled or disabled gases.

When multiple gases are configured, the Ocean can provide gas-switch notifications as a more suitable gas becomes available based on the programmed Maximum Operating Depth. Advanced multigas and decompression diving require appropriate training, equipment, gas planning, and emergency procedures.

GPS, Sports & Everyday Use

Above the surface, the Suunto Ocean functions as a full-featured GPS sports watch. More than 115 sport modes support activities ranging from running and cycling to hiking, swimming, gym workouts, and mountain sports. Integrated wrist heart rate provides additional training and recovery data, while downloadable offline maps support navigation when you are away from cellular service.

Suunto App

Bluetooth synchronization transfers dive logs and sports activities to the Suunto App. Dive information, gas-consumption data, activities, routes, training history, and other recorded information can be reviewed from one ecosystem.
